Pelsan Textile Inc., was established in 2007 within the structure of Hassan Group, which has an experience of over 70 years in the sector. The primary purpose of the company is to increase customer satisfaction without compromising hygiene standards and quality.
Pelsan, as Turkey’s first and only breathable polyethylene film producer renders services to sectors in the medical, hygiene and isolation fields.
Pelsan is aware of the utmost importance of these sectors to human health, therefore it determines its priorities accordingly and provides all the means of technology to its customers.
Pelsan products, produced under the name of Breatech, are being used by domestic and foreign leading diaper producers and medical material producers.
Both in the production and post production process of all the products, produced by Pelsan, high-tech equipment is being employed and quality control is being continuously provided.

Non-Breathable Textile Backsheet
Breatech products,supplied to diaper producer as “ textile backsheet “ by coating Polyethlene film over non-woven fabric, provide a soft and cotton like touch via their textile surface.Thanks to By their special production process applied, low weight and high quality products are supplied at lower production cost.
Printing can be made on the breathable polyethylene film, single sided or double sided, up to 4 colors and can be shaped according to the request.
Breathable Textile Backsheet
Breathable products, supplied to diaper producers as “textile backsheet” by laminating the breathable film over non-woven fabric, provide a soft and cotton like touch via their textile surface. While providing an impermeability property to diapers, they take out the vapor thanks to their breathing capability and provide perfect air circulation. BY this way, baby’s skin remains dry and rash is prevented.
Printing can be made on the breathable polyethylene film, single- or double- sided, up to 4 colors and can be shaped according to the customers’ request. Breatech products’ water vapor permeability (breathability) is being provided at requested values.
Medical Products

Isolation Products
Breatech Products, provided for any kinds of pointed/pitched roofs, sidings, metal roofs, shingle and covered façade systems, by laminating Polyethylene film over non-woven fabric, as “water isolation material”, take out the water vapor and moisture thanks to their breathing capability and provide a perfect air circulation. additionally, the liquid-proof property of Polyethylene, performs the function of a barrier against rain water and other outer factors that are likely to leak through the roof. In this way while the moisture, generated within the building is taken out, a full protection is provided against outer factors.
