Hassan Group
Year 1939 … Before the Second World War, in the Republic of Turkey, which is suffering from import barriers, the Şişman Brothers Company, which produces padding by the method of nonwoven then, is established. Hasan Sisman, who has won the confidence of everybody with his honesty and intelligence, starts to produce lle cotton pads at his workshop. At the end of the war years, this small workshop, which started to be modernized with the first card machine, was transformed into a factory in 1964. Hasan Sisman, improving the possibilities available; In 1969, the bed was replaced by a bed base, and in 1971 Fiat’s support became the first automotive minder production. In 1977, the Fat Brothers, who no longer fit into the cabin, are moving to the new factory building.
2000 years … The experience of the Şişman Brothers over 60 years constitutes the Hasan Group of Companies, which produces all sorts of nonwoven products that may come to mind. Under this roof, in addition to Şiteks, which was established in 1980, Hassan and the quilting factory Hassan in 1985, Telasis, which produces interlining in 1995, Catsis, which produces felt and bitumen based automotive parts, and Teksis, a marketing company, are in operation.
